tire blowout
Tire damage can lead to serious accidents even at low speeds. Tire blowouts are often caused by insufficient tire pressure.
Steering behavior
Driving at 60 km/h through curves with one bar too little pressure: the tire feels unstable and almost jumps off the rim. Due to the low pressure, the tire can no longer respond to the driver's steering input.

Due to the low tire pressure, the tire only runs over the shoulder and bulges slightly inwards in the middle. Even 0.4 bar too little air pressure in the tire reduces its lifespan by a third – new tires are needed sooner than planned – and several hundred euros are wasted.

TireMoni TPMS impresses with its universal applicability, effortless installation, and outstanding reliability, ensuring a rapid return on your investment. You benefit from increased safety by preventing tire blowouts and unexpected breakdowns, a noticeable reduction in fuel consumption, less tire wear, and lower emissions. For system integrators, we also offer seamless integration thanks to standardized interfaces (API, BT, CAN) and ready-made software packages.
Systems with external sensors are designed for self-installation. However, for optimal initial installation, we recommend visiting a specialist workshop. Systems with internal sensors require tire removal. Your tire specialist is your best point of contact.
Depending on the system chosen, you can monitor between 2 and 36 tires simultaneously.
External sensors can be secured with a special anti-theft ring. The anti-theft ring is included in the scope of delivery. This provides reliable protection against unauthorized access.
Yes, every NST system can be conveniently used with the TireMoni app. All that's needed is a BLE dongle STM-572B. For internal sensors (including those supplied by the manufacturer), there's the specially developed TireMoni Connect app. This works in conjunction with the BLE dongle STM-520.
Our systems support automatic trailer detection. The trailer's tire pressure data is transmitted to the display in the tractor unit — as required by ECE R141. Drop & Hook applications are also easily possible.
TireMoni systems with external sensors require no calibration. You can adjust the warning thresholds to your individual needs at any time on the display. Our systems with internal sensors also require no calibration. If you already have a manufacturer's system, the sensors need to be paired once for app operation. The warning thresholds can be conveniently set in the TireMoni Connect app.
