This offers many advantages. Mounted on short metal valves, the sensors are easy to transfer from summer to winter tires, and the sensor batteries can be replaced without having to replace the entire sensor. Internal sensors are welded to the battery compartment and, when the battery fails, must be replaced completely – including the pressure sensor, circuit board, and valve. This not only costs money but also wastes valuable resources. If you take a close look at vehicle valves, you'll notice that many are too long and protrude beyond the rim edge. This is dangerous, which is why TireMoni sensors should also be mounted on short metal valves. These are not only durable but also ensure the necessary stability. To protect against the elements, TireMoni Spray can be used during self-installation. It protects the sensors from weathering and ensures they can always be easily removed. Tire pressure monitoring systems should be user-friendly and as affordable as possible. It is desirable that every vehicle be equipped with an electronic tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Aside from the fact that this is already an EU requirement for new vehicles, an TPMS ensures safety. It also puts an end to the unfortunate practice of prioritizing driving comfort at the expense of tire safety by simply under-inflating tires to create the impression of a softer ride. Some workshops complain because they now have to ensure the tire pressure monitoring system functions correctly every time tires are changed. This may require new reading and programming devices. The costs for this are hardly justifiable for customers. But there is an easier and more affordable solution. A complete TireMoni device with four sensors for four wheels costs about the same as many individual internal sensors. This means that a well-functioning direct TPMS system from TireMoni can be the ideal complement to a factory-installed system. Instead of replacing individual sensors and batteries in the factory system and incurring additional workshop costs, more and more customers are opting for a TireMoni Checkair. Tire changes then cost no more than before.

The shop provides a good overview: https://shop.TireMoni.com

*

*

TireMoni hat sich dafür entschieden, die direkt messenden Reifendrucksensoren außen am Ventil zu montieren.
