Michael Schr\u00f6ttle<br \/>\nPart 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nAdvertising philosophies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Warning\/Warning symbol only:<\/p>\n<p>Problems:<br \/>\na) User has no information about the tire pressure<br \/>\nb) Depending on the system, the user is lulled into a (possibly false) sense of security (see blind spots above)<\/p>\n<p>Advantage:<br \/>\na) no unnecessary distractions<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nDisplay of only one pressure value with indication of the wheel position:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nProblems:<br \/>\na) Distraction, as the display must be manipulated to query the values (usually a control button)<br \/>\nb) If pressure is lost in more than one tire, only one pressure value can be displayed.<\/p>\n<p>Advantages:<br \/>\na) The user can request to see the pressure values and thus achieve the aforementioned savings.<br \/>\nb) In case of a warning, the user is shown the wheel position and pressure value<\/p>\n<p><strong> Display all pressure values simultaneously:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nProblems:<br \/>\na) Minimal distraction due to additional display; however, this does not need to be manipulated to be read.<\/p>\n<p>Advantages:<br \/>\na) Complete information about the condition of the tire pressures at a glance<br \/>\nb) Changes are immediately visible<br \/>\nc) The system function and usually also the battery status can be seen at a glance; a sensor failure would be detected immediately.<br \/>\nd) Acoustic and visual warning with indication of pressure values<\/p>\n<p>When considering failure probabilities, it makes sense to consider detectability and response options. A system should detect a failure, or at least make it detectable for the user, so that the user does not rely on a system that no longer functions. Furthermore, failures in the broadest sense should also include false warnings; here, too, detectability by the user is advantageous.<br \/>\nExample: When the sun shines from one side (e.g., left), the tire pressure in the left tire can quickly be 0.2 \u2013 0.3 bar higher than in the right tire.<br \/>\nWhen all four pressure values are displayed simultaneously, the user can easily recognize this and classify it as unproblematic; an automatic system may have difficulties here.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shop.tiremoni.com\">TireMoni<\/a> displays all pressure values simultaneously and recommends short metal valves, as the ADAC<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reifendrukkontrolle, kleine Systemkunde von Dipl.
