Traffic lights are a simple example, and we&#039;re also familiar with the signals of clothing, place of residence, vehicle type, and vehicle size. Traffic lights serve to secure right-of-way. Those with a green light may proceed; those with a red light must stop. Perhaps we&#039;ve also applied this rule of right-of-way to other signals. Someone driving a large BMW is perceived in the rearview mirror of a Kia driver as a signal of speed, and is therefore granted the right to overtake.<br \/>\nHowever, even though traffic lights have conditioned us to believe that signals grant priority, there are still signals we can send. One example of a signal for eco-driving is tire pressure. With TireMoni sensors, which I can screw onto the valves myself, I signal my interest in minimizing rolling resistance.
