Il permet de surveiller de 4 \u00e0 10 pneus en roulant\u00a0; les valeurs de pression sont affich\u00e9es en continu sur le tableau de bord \u2013 le conducteur est imm\u00e9diatement alert\u00e9 si les seuils d'alerte r\u00e9glables sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9s ou inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la normale.<\/p>\n
Ces petits capteurs ne p\u00e8sent que 10 g et peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s tr\u00e8s facilement et rapidement sur des valves m\u00e9talliques \u2013 l'\u00e9quilibrage n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire pour les grandes roues des v\u00e9hicules commerciaux.<\/p>\n
Du fait de leurs dimensions r\u00e9duites et de leur faible poids, les capteurs ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une port\u00e9e insuffisante pour les v\u00e9hicules de grande taille (v\u00e9hicules utilitaires). Une batterie (rempla\u00e7able) permet une autonomie d'environ 50\u00a0000 km.<\/p>\n

Pour les grands camping-cars, qui n'atteignent que tr\u00e8s rarement de tels kilom\u00e9trages annuels, les avantages des capteurs petits et l\u00e9gers l'emportent sur les inconv\u00e9nients.<\/p>\n
Pour garantir une port\u00e9e suffisante m\u00eame pour ces v\u00e9hicules imposants, nous proposons d\u00e9sormais un amplificateur radio qui amplifie les signaux des capteurs, assurant ainsi une transmission fiable en toutes circonstances. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet \u00e9quipement suppl\u00e9mentaire, la port\u00e9e est m\u00eame suffisante pour les grands camping-cars avec remorque.<\/p>\n
L'amplificateur radio est mont\u00e9 sous le v\u00e9hicule ou la remorque et raccord\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique du v\u00e9hicule. Il capte tous les signaux radio provenant des capteurs et les transmet, amplifi\u00e9s dix fois, \u00e0 l'unit\u00e9 d'affichage\/r\u00e9cepteur situ\u00e9e dans le poste de conduite.<\/p>\n

The sensors are small and their weight is only 10 g; they allow fast and easy retrofitting to metal valves – balancing the wheels is not required with the large motorhome wheels.<\/p>\n
Due to their small dimensions and the low weight however the sensors don’t provide sufficient range in some cases where the motorhome is big (nuilt on truck chassis). One battery lasts for approx. 50’000 km driving distance.<\/p>\n
This means that for trucks with yearly driving distances of up to 200’000 km these systems are not really suitable – who wants to change sensor batteries 4 times per year – even if the extremely small weight is really convincing for the application.<\/p>\n
For large motorhomes however – which are rarely seeing these huge yearly driving distances – the advantages of the small and lightweight sensors\u00a0 prevail.<\/p>\n
To accomodate the range requirements of larger vehicles, we are now offering a booster\/radio amplifier, which amplifies sensor signal so that transmission is safe in any case. With this little add-on system range is then sufficient even for large motorhomes plus trailer.<\/p>\n
The booster will be installed underside the vehicle or trailer and connected to the vehicle supply wiring. It collects all radio signals from the sensors, amplifies them by a factor of 10 and then re-transmits to the receiver\/display in the vehicle cockpit.<\/p>\n
