According to information from the BMVI, the De-minimis funding guideline 2020 not changed.
This means that the current version of December 12, 2016 will continue to apply unchanged in 2020.
With one exception: Winter tires are from 1 January 2020 no longer as extra-mandatory safety devices eligibleWinter tires for trucks are mandatory, i.e., binding, from July 1, 2020. To ensure consistent funding practices throughout the entire 2020 funding period, the change will be applied as of January 1.
The Federal Office for Goods Transport (BAG) will provide detailed information soon on its website set.
Also on the BAG website you will find a Positive list of eligible measures. There in section 1.3 (super-mandatory safety devices) you will also find tyre pressure systems (e.g. tyre pressure refill system, Tire pressure monitoring system).
