TireMoni will be the first TP at AutomechanikaVMS introduce, the world's first tire pressure monitoring systemwhich can monitor tire pressure and temperature as well as vibration.
Direct-measuring tire pressure monitoring systems, or TPMS, "only" measure tire pressure and temperature and are able to warn the driver early if air loss occurs. This alone increases safety and helps prevent serious accidents.VBut MS can do much more with its patented sensor technology.
At the TPVMS, the system not only measures tire pressure and temperature, but also the vibration generated at the sensor while driving. This enables the system to warn the driver about tire abnormalities that could cause increased vibration at the sensor. These include, but are not limited to: brake flats, bulges or cracks in the tread or tire sidewall, excessive imbalance, and damage from running-in.

It has been proven that most accidents caused by tire problems are due to pre-existing tire damage and/or insufficient tread depth. Many of these causes can be identified and prevented early by analyzing sensor vibrations.
TPVMS from TireMoni is able to do just that, thus making an even greater contribution to driving safety.
To ensure the tire pressure monitoring system's versatility, it will be available with both internal and external sensors. Both sensor types feature replaceable batteries, meaning that if the sensor's battery runs out, you don't have to replace the entire sensor; you can simply install a new one.
