When do you need valve extensions?
● Twin tires (trucks, motorhomes, buses)) – Internal valve is inaccessible
● Narrow wheel arches – Valve is too low, sensor doesn't fit
● Large work machines – Valves are located behind covers
● Motorhome – Valves behind panels or storage boxes
Here's how it works:
A valve extension consists of:
1. Valve connection (screws onto the valve)
2. High-pressure hose (stainless steel sheathed, any length)
3. Pump connection (is attached in an accessible location)
The sensor is screwed onto the pump connection – in a location that is easily accessible.

OTR ADAPTER
OTR adapter – For construction machinery & large tires
When do you need an OTR adapter?
Work machines, construction machines and large tires often have different valve sizes (VG12 instead of standard VG8).
Solution:
OTR adapters (TM-A-EM) enable the mounting of TireMoni sensors on large machine valves.

VALVE ANGLE & CONNECTIONS
For optimal mounting positions
When do you need valve angles?
● Straight connection (000) – Standard if the valve is readily accessible
● 90° angle (090) – Valve is located on the side, sensor should point outwards
● 135° angle (LPA-OWE) – Special angles for complicated situations
● 180° angle (180) – Valve is located on the inside, sensor should point outwards
Typical applications:
90° angle: For twin tires – the inner valve points to the side, the sensor should face outwards.
135° angle: For narrow wheel arches or when the sensor has to go around an edge
180° angle: For work machines – valve sits on the inside, sensor should be accessible from the outside.

CLAMPS & BRACKETS
Clamps & Brackets – Secure Fastening
When do you need clamps?
Valve extensions must be securely fastened so that they do not dangle or become damaged.
Available terminals:
● FK-16: Clamp 16 mm internal width (for steel rims)
● FK-26: Clamp 26 mm rim width (for alloy wheels)
● FB-6: Bracket for wheel nut mounting
Here's how it works:
The clamp is attached to the rim or wheel nut. The pump connection of the valve extension is then clamped into the clamp – ensuring a secure and stable mounting.

T-ADAPTER / 3-WAY ADAPTER
Sensor + filling in parallel
When do you need a T-adapter?
You want to mount the sensor, but still be able to conveniently inflate the tire without unscrewing the sensor.
Solution:
A 3-way adapter (T-piece) allows:
● Connection 1: Valve
● Connection 2: Sensor
● Connection 3: Filling connection (for compressor/air pump)
Available variants:
● TM-A-3W-LC: Standard T-adapter VG8 with theft protection
● TM-A-3W: Standard T-adapter VG8 without theft protection
● TM-A-OTR: T-adapter VG12 for OTR tires (construction machinery)

Installation is quick and easy: mount the sensors onto the valves, install the display in the cab — typically within 30 minutes per vehicle. No complex wiring or tire removal is required.
Yes, monitoring the spare tire is easily possible and highly recommended. The most effective way to do this is with a separate sensor, with the spare tire clearly displayed on the display as a separate axle. After changing a tire, you simply need to screw the sensors onto the respective valves according to the new wheel positions.
Yes, absolutely. We have no minimum order volume. Framework agreements are possible starting from 20 units. Many of our customers produce 50-500 vehicles per year — we are the right partner for precisely this order size.
Yes, TireMoni systems are modular and support 4 to 36 sensors. You can flexibly use the system for different vehicle types and sizes in your product range — from 2-axle to 5-axle vehicles.
Our systems support automatic trailer detection. The trailer's tire pressure data is transmitted to the display in the tractor unit — as required by ECE R141. Drop & Hook applications are also easily possible.
